Causes:
Weak or unstable phone signals can be caused by several factors:
1. Lack of network resources, high server load, or frequent base station switching. In some areas, there may be a lack of network resources, high server load, or frequent switching of base stations, which can cause signal instability.
2. Interference from metal cases or magnetic objects. Metal cases or magnetic objects can interfere with signal transmission and reception.
3. Dirty or oxidized SIM card. The SIM card may be dirty, causing an abnormal signal.
4. Issues with base station access. There may be a problem with the base station access in some situations.
5. Network adjustments or issues by the operator. The operator may be adjusting the network in your area or having a network issue, resulting in weak signal.
6. Incorrect APN settings. The APN access point settings may be incorrect, resulting in weak signal.
7. Faulty system settings. The system settings may be faulty, resulting in weak signal.
Solutions:
1. Stable Network Area: Use your phone in areas with stable network connections. Avoid bus stations, classrooms, basements, remote villages, trains, and high-speed railways.
2. Change Location or Remove Case: Move to a different location or remove the phone case.
3. Clean SIM Card: Remove and clean the SIM card if dirty or oxidized.
4. Toggle Airplane Mode: Turn airplane mode on and off to search for the best network base station.
5. Check Operator Network: Compare with other phones using the same operator or switch to a different operator’s card. Contact your local operator if the issue persists.
6. Reset APN Settings: If you have changed the APN access point setting of your phone, the signal may be abnormal. Please try to reset the APN access point and try again.
