Problem phenomenon:
Lock screen notifications do not display app notifications or notification content.
Problem causes:
1. Display lock screen notification content is not turned on.
2. The application is set as an encrypted application.
3. The app lock screen notification permission is not enabled.
4. The third-party application is abnormal or caused by other reasons.
Solutions:
1. Turn on the Lock screen notifications. After opening, the received message can be displayed on the lock screen.
Operation steps:
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > Notifications & Status Bar > Lock screen > Lock Screen notifications > Show app and notification content.
realme UI 2.0: Settings > Notification & Status Bar > Manage Notifications > Lock screen notifications > Display title and body.
realme UI R & Go & T & S Edition: Settings > Apps & notifications > Notifications > Notifications on lock screen > Show conversations, default, and silent.
2. Turn off App lock.
Operation steps:
realme UI 1.0 and above versions: Settings > Search "App lock" in the search bar > App lock > Enter privacy password > Turn off it.
realme UI R & Go & T & S Edition: Not supported
3. Try to reset the phone.
Operation steps:
realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Settings > Search "Reset system settings" in the search bar > Reset system settings/Reset system settings only.
realme R & Go & S & T Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
4. Back up important data on your phone and restore factory settings.
Operation steps:
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > Search "Reset Phone" in the search bar > Reset Phone > Erase all data.
realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: Settings > Additional Settings > Backup & Reset > Erase all data(factory reset) >Erase all data.
realme R & Go & S & T Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data.
If the above methods do not solve your problem, please back up your data in advance and go to the nearest realme Service Center with your purchase certificate for testing.
