Problem phenomenon:
The floating window is not displayed after the In-ear monitoring is turned on.
Solution:
1. Please confirm whether the phone is connected to the earphone. If the earphone is not connected, it is recommended that you connect the earphone and try again (The earphone needs to support a microphone and the earphone icon displays in status bar).
2. Please confirm whether the app supports the In-ear monitoring. If the app supports it, it is recommended that you close the app and restart it.
3. Please turn off the In-ear monitoring and the In-ear monitoring of the external device in the app to check again.
4. Please try different earphones to check.
5. Please check the phone system version to confirm whether to update the system to the latest version, it is recommended that you update the system version to the latest version.
6. It is recommended that you restart your phone and try again.
7. It is suggested that you can save the phone data and restore the factory settings.
If the above does not solve your problem, please bring your purchase certificate and go to the nearest realme service center for testing.
