Connection management of personal hotspot
You can manage the following information through
realme UI 6.0 & 5.0: Settings > Connection & Sharing > Personal hotspot > Hotspot settings.
realme UI 4.0 & 3.0: Settings > Connection & Sharing > Connection Management: Blocklist, Maximum allowed connections, Data restriction, and manage Connected Devices.
realme UI 2.0: Settings > Connection & sharing > Personal Hotspot > Connection Management
realme UI 1.0: Settings > Other wireless connections > Personal Hotspot > Connection Management
realme UI R & S & T & Go & U Edition: Settings > Network & internet > Hotspot & tethering > Wi-Fi Hotspot page
Blocklist
When you do not want some devices to connect to your personal hotspot, you can click the corresponding model under the Connected Devices to add it to the Blocklist.
Maximum allowed connections
Click on the Maximum allowed connections to limit the number of connected devices to avoid too many connections at the same time and causing network congestion.
Data restriction
When your data is limited or to avoid excessive data usage, you can turn on Data restriction to set the data usage amount. When your personal hotspot shared traffic reaches the limit, it will be automatically turned off.
Connected Devices
When a device is connected to your personal hotspot, you can view the number of connected devices through Connected Devices, and you can also disconnect the device and blocklist it.
