Multi-screen Connect

It can make seamless collaboration between phones, computers, and tablets across devices through Multi-screen Connect.

After the phone and the computer are connected through the Multi-screen Connect, the computer can control the phone, and the following functions can be realized between the computer and the phone: file cross-screen mutual transfer, file cross-screen editing (Office software), notification sharing, input method sharing, clipboard exchange, photo exchange.

You can connect in any of the following ways:

Method 1:

1. Go to Settings > Connections and Sharing > Multi-screen Connect or tap the Multi-screen Connect in the Control Center.

2. The computer downloads and opens the Multi-screen Connect, click to Connect, and the computer will automatically search for the phone.

3. After the phone opens the Multi-screen Connect and is recognized by the computer, a pop-up window will appear. Click the connection according to the pop-up window prompt.

4. After clicking connect, wait for the connection to succeed. When successfully connected, theicon will appear in the status bar of the phone, and a small window will appear on the computer to synchronize with the mobile page.

Method 2:

1. Download and open the Multi-screen Connect on the computer, and click the scan code connection in the lower right corner.

2. Go to Settings > Connection and Sharing > Multi-screen Connect, or swipe down the status bar and long-press Multi-screen Connect in the control center to enter the page, click the icon in the upper right corner to enter the scan page and scan the QR code on the computer to connect.

3. After the phone scans successfully, a pop-up window on the Method 1 will appear. After clicking connect, wait for the connection to be successful.

When successfully connected, the icon will appear in the status bar of the phone, and a small window will appear on the computer to synchronize with the mobile page.

The following functions are available:

1. Multi-screen editing of files: The files on the phone are directly opened on the professional software of the computer, and are automatically saved back to the phone after editing.

2. File transfer across screens: Support drag-and-drop mutual transfer and share box fast transfer.

3. Clipboard interworking: The text copied from the phone can be pasted to the computer with one click.

4. Notification sharing: Notifications received on your phone are instantly visible on your computer.

5. Input method sharing: Enter content on the phone through the computer input method, and reply to the phone conversation directly.

6. Photo sharing: The computer just pops up a notification for the photo just taken or the screenshot taken by the phone, which is convenient for quick saving.

Note：

1. After the phone clicks the connection for the first time, a small confirmation window will pop up on the computer, and the connection will not be made until the confirmation is clicked.

2. You can go to https://connect.oppo.com/en-US to download the Multi-screen and click the link https://connect.oppo.com/en-US/adaptedModels to inquire about models that support Multi-screen.

3. Drag and drop files from phones to the computer only supports the file manager and photo album, and drag and drop files from the computer to the "Multi-screen" panel to save the files to the " Multi-screen " folder of the phone file manager by default.

4. The transmission quality and file transmission speed of phone mirroring will be affected by the interference of wireless signals around the device.

5. Cross-device file transfer and editing, notifications, and clipboard sharing are currently only supported when the phone is connected to a computer.
