If your phone' s Bluetooth is slow to transfer files, you can try the following methods:
1. Bluetooth transceivers are close to each other.
If your phone and the receiving device are far away or there are obstacles, the Bluetooth transmission speed will be slowed down, please make sure that the two devices are within the Bluetooth effective range and are not blocked by obstacles.
2. Reduce other Bluetooth devices.
If you connect multiple Bluetooth devices at the same time, such as listening to music with a Bluetooth earphone and transferring files over Bluetooth, the Bluetooth bandwidth will be occupied and the transferring speed will be slower. It is recommended that you suspend the connection of other Bluetooth devices first and prioritize file transferring.
3. Reduce interference with WiFi.
If you use 2.4GHz WiFi to surf the Internet when using Bluetooth to transfer files, the transmission of files may be slow due to channel interference. It is recommended that you connect to 5GHz WiFi.
4. Reduce the disturbance of the surrounding environment.
If there is wireless interference around such as microwave ovens and other electrical appliances, the Bluetooth function may be unstable. It is recommended that you try to avoid using it near the source of wireless interference and check whether the Bluetooth transmission returns to normal after staying away from it.
If the above does not solve your problem, it is recommended that you back up your data and go to the nearest realme customer service center for testing.
Note: Due to the limited bandwidth of Bluetooth and the slow transmission speed, it is not recommended that you use Bluetooth to share large files. You can use realme Share or other third-party applications to transfer large files.
