What should I do if my phone does not turn on?

1. The phone is stuck on the yellow or white realme interface and cannot enter the desktop, or keeps restarting after displaying the yellow or white realme interface.

If your phone stays on the interface of the realme logo for a long time, it may be due to the accidental touch or other misoperation of the phone during the system upgrade process, resulting in file damage and failure to enter the desktop normally; or the misoperation when you used the phone last time, causing the internal files to be damaged and unable to boot normally. 

It is recommended that you press and hold the volume + key and the power key for 10s to force restart the phone to see if it recovers.

If you still stay on this interface, it is recommended that you bring your purchase certificate and go to the realme customer service center for testing.

2. Boot shows Recovery mode, can't enter the desktop

If your phone shows Recovery mode when it is turned on, it may be because you accidentally long-pressed the volume button when you turned it on or the phone case blocked the volume button, causing you to press and hold the volume button and the power button at the same time when the phone was turned on, then enter recovery mode.

It is recommended that you do the following: 

① Click Restart on the recovery interface to try to see if it can boot normally.

② Remove the phone case and turn it on again to check if the phone case is blocking the volume keys.

③ Check whether the volume key itself has been recessed into the phone. If it is recessed, it is recommended that you bring the purchase certificate and go to the realme customer service center for testing.

If the above solutions cannot be solved, it is recommended that you bring your purchase certificate and go to the realme customer service center for testing.


3. Boot into fastboot mode and cannot enter the desktop.

If your phone shows fastboot mode when booting, it may be because you have unlocked the BL before, the phone has been rooted, and the phone system files have been tampered with, resulting in file damage and unable to enter the desktop normally.

It is recommended that you press and hold the volume + key and the power key for 10s to restart the phone to see if it recovers.

If you still stay on this interface, it is recommended that you bring your purchase certificate and go to the realme customer service center for testing.


4.  If it still cannot be turned on after charging and there is no response, please follow the steps below.

 ① Damaged or dented power button

 If your power-on button is damaged or dented, it will cause you to fail to boot normally. It is recommended that you bring your purchase certificate and go to the realme customer service center for testing.

 ② Phone broken

 If your phone has been bumped or broken, your screen may be damaged or the internal components may be damaged and cannot be turned on. It is recommended that you bring your purchase certificate and go to the realme customer service center for testing.

 ③ Liquid ingress and leakage of phone

 The liquid is conductive and corrosive, which can cause short circuit and oxidation of the internal components of the mobile phone. It is recommended that you bring the purchase certificate and go to the realme customer service center for testing.

5. There is vibration or sound when pressing the power button but there is no picture, the screen is black

 ① Liquid ingress and leakage of mobile phone

 The liquid leakage of the phone will cause the internal rupture of the display screen or the breakage of the circuit and the display screen will be damaged. It is recommended that you bring the purchase certificate in time and go to the realme customer service center for testing.

 ② Phone screen broken

 If the internal screen of the phone is damaged, the image cannot be displayed normally. It is recommended that you bring the purchase certificate and go to the realme customer service center for inspection.
