1. The environment where the call is made is noisy, which affects the quality of the call. It is recommended that you try in a quieter scene.
2. The Bluetooth connection of the earphone is unstable and there is interference from other Bluetooth. It is recommended that you try to clear other paired devices.
3. The earphone is too far away from the phone, please bring the phone close to the Bluetooth earphone.
4. The signal transmission of the Bluetooth earphone is uneven or there is an obstruction between the phone and the earphone. It is recommended that you remove the obstruction between the phone & the earphone and try again.
5. It is recommended that you disconnect the Bluetooth connection of the earphone on your phone and try to pair again.
