The system upgrade has been pushed but the phone has not received the upgrade reminder. You can troubleshoot as follows:
1. For the upgraded experience, the new version will push upgrade reminders in batches. Different phones will receive the push at different times. You can follow the version upgrade plan in the forum and update to the latest version in time.
2. Please confirm whether the phone has been unlocked or rooted. If it has been unlocked or rooted, please back up the data and go to the realme Customer Service Center for testing.
3. Please click Settings > App Management > App List, click three dots in the upper right corner > Show system, find Software Update. Click Storage usage and click Clear Data. Then in a good network environment, click again to Settings > About phone > Update to detect whether there is a new version.
3. To enjoy the upgraded experience, the new version will send upgrade reminders in batches. Different phones will receive the push at different times.
Please check the version upgrade plan with realme support or in the community and update the device to the latest version as soon as possible.
It usually takes 7-10 days to send all users the new version/OTA, and if there is any optimization for the version, it will take longer time to push to all after the optimization was done. Appreciate your patience and understanding.
4. If you have not updated your phone’s system version for a long time, you may not be able to receive system updates due to version restrictions.
This is because upgrading too far apart between versions may cause compatibility issues. Please go to the realme service center for testing.
