Problem causes：
There is an energy conversion process in the charging of phones, during which a certain amount of heat will be generated. The charging power of flash charging and ultra-fast flash charging models is larger and the heat generation will be higher while shortening the charging time. If a high-load application is used while charging, the phone remains in a high-temperature state, which will trigger the battery protection mechanism of the phone and reduce the performance of the phone to achieve the cooling effect. Therefore, it is normal for the phone to freeze when using a high-load application while charging.
Solution：
1. Please try to avoid using the phone while charging. Using the phone while charging will cause it to continue to heat up and freeze. It is recommended that you use the original phone adapter and data cable for flash charging and the phone is fully charged before continuing to use it.
2. It is recommended that you upgrade the phone system to the latest version in Settings > Software Update, the new version can get better user experience and system performance.
If the problem occurs frequently, it is recommended that you bring your purchase certificate to the realme Customer Service center for testing.
