Picture color is abnormal when using the flash to take pictures?

Update Time: 2025-03-03 16:38:28

Problem causes:

1. During photography, there is a single ambient light source. When the flash is activated, additional light sources with different color temperatures come into play (multi-light source situation). As a result, when the flash is on, the captured images tend to have a slightly yellowish tint.

2. Obstructions to the phone's camera or flash, such as from a leather case, hand, mobile phone film, etc., can lead to unclear images and color casts (manifesting as bluish, yellowish, or other hues).

3. The presence of glare and white fog might be due to a dirty camera and flash. Dirt on these components can reflect the flashlight, creating white fog or glare.

4. Utilizing non-standard phone cases can also trigger the appearance of white fog or glare.

Solutions:

1. Take care to avoid blocking the phone's camera or flash.

2. Ensure that the camera and flash are kept clean.

3. Try restarting the phone to see if the issue can be resolved.

If the color cast persists and cannot be fixed, it is advisable to back up important data in advance and then, with the purchase invoice in hand, visit the realme Customer Service Center for a professional inspection.
