Solutions:
1. Check if you have set a schedule rule timing for power on and off for your bulb.
2. Check if you have shared the device with others. The device may be turned on or off by other users.
3. Confirm whether there is a power outage in the area, some devices will automatically turn on after the incoming call.
4. If the above is none, please reset the device to factory settings in "realme link" app and configure the network for your device again.
5. Make sure your "Bluetooth" and "Location" is turned on.
6. Connect the light to a power source.
7. Turn the light on and off 5 times (3 seconds on, 2 seconds off each time).
If the above methods do not solve your problem, please go to the nearest realme Service Center with your purchase certificate for testing.
