Causes：
1. Incompatible Apps: Abnormal apps that are not compatible with the phone system can cause shutdowns.
2. Insufficient Storage: Low storage space may lead to power-offs and restarts.
3. Battery Depletion: The phone shuts down when the battery runs out.
4. Temperature Extremes:
Low Temperature: In cold environments, the phone may trigger low-temperature protection, causing shutdowns or restarts. The battery’s electrochemical activity also decreases in low temperatures.
High Temperature: High ambient temperatures or prolonged use of high-power apps (e.g., camera, video, games) can trigger thermal protection, leading to shutdowns or restarts.
5. Power Button Issues: The phone case might press the power button, or it could be accidentally pressed in a bag.
6. Scheduled Power On/Off: Incorrect settings for scheduled power on/off can cause unexpected shutdowns.
7. Outdated System Version: An outdated phone system version may lead to instability.
Solutions:
Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Uninstall Incompatible Apps: Remove any abnormal apps and try again.
2. Clear Storage Space: Ensure at least 20% of storage is available.
realme UI 1.0 & above: Go to Settings > search “Storage” > Storage.
realme R, Go, S, T, U Edition: Go to Settings > Storage.
3. Charge Fully: Use the original charging cable and adapter to charge the phone fully.
4. Maintain Suitable Temperature: Use the phone in a temperature range of 16°-35°C.
5. Remove Phone Case: Ensure the phone case is not pressing the power button.
6. Turn Off Scheduled Power On/Off:
realme UI 2.0 & above: Go to Settings > search ‘Schedule power on/off’ > Schedule power on/off.
realme UI 1.0: Go to Settings > Additional Settings > Automatic on/off.
realme R, S, T, Go Edition: Go to Settings > Scheduled power on/off.
realme UI U Edition: Not supported
7. Update System Version: Update to the latest system version for better stability.
8. Force Restart:
realme UI 5.0, 4.0, 3.0 & realme UI T & U editions: Long press the power button and Volume + button to access shutdown and restart options.
realme UI 2.0, 1.0, R, Go, S Edition: Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to restart the phone.
