Problem phenomenon:
No sound when played video after the shooting.
Troubleshooting method:
1. Check the sound volume in the Settings to ensure that the [Media] volume has been turned on;
2. Confirm that the Media volume is turned on when playing video. If it is turned off, please turn it on;
3. Open the Recorder; record a sound and play it (media volume is turned on). If the sound is normal, it may be that the video file is damaged or the microphone is blocked during recording. Please confirm whether the microphone at the bottom of the phone is blocked during recording;
4. If there is no sound when playing the recording, the microphone may be damaged. Please back up phone data (phone number, SMS, etc.), and bring your invoice and warranty card to the nearest realme customer service center for testing and processing.
Note: After recording a slow-motion video, there is no sound during playback. The design is like this, please feel free to use it.
