Phone hangs when switching to multiple users mode

The switching speed is affected by the number of applications installed by the main user, system cloner, or sub-user, and the duration of use. The more applications installed, the longer the initialization time, the larger the space occupied by the cache and other related data, and the slower the switching speed would be.

If there is a short-term freeze, please wait patiently for the loading completed before it can be used normally.


Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem: 

Free up some RAM: If your phone doesn't have a lot of RAM, you can try freeing up some space by closing any apps that you're not using. You can also try restarting your phone, which will clear out any cached data that might be taking up RAM.

Check for software updates: Make sure that your phone is up to date with the latest software. The manufacturer may have released an update that fixes the bug that is causing your phone to freeze.

Wipe your phone's cache: If you've tried the above steps and your phone is still freezing, you can try wiping your phone's cache. This will clear out any temporary files that might be causing the problem.

Factory reset your phone: If you've tried all of the above steps and your phone is still freezing, you may need to factory reset your phone. This will erase all of your data, so make sure you back up your phone first.
