The higher the Hz value, the smoother and more natural the screen display.90Hz means 90 frames per second, which is 50% better than a normal 60Hz screen, and the screen transitions fill in more details.
If you think your phone will consume power after the 90Hz refresh rate is enabled, you can select 60Hz from Settings > Display & Brightness > Screen refresh rate.
