You can disable the Auto Emergency call but cannot disable the complete Emergency SOS feature such as pressing the power button 5/3 times in a row to make emergency calls, emergency SOS feature on the lock screen, or the power off page as it can save lives in emergencies, it is enabled by default.
How to disable Auto Emergency call:
For India:
realme UI 5.0 & 4.0 & U Edition: Settings > Safety & emergency > Emergency SOS > Disable Emergency SOS.
realme UI 3.0: Settings > Safety & emergency > Emergency call & message > Disable Auto call emergency services.
realme UI 2.0: Settings > Security > Emergency SOS call > Emergency call > Disable Auto call emergency services.
realme UI 1.0: Settings > Privacy > Emergency SOS call > Disable Auto dial default number.
realme UI T Edition: Settings > Safety & emergency > Emergency call > Disable Call emergency services.
realme UI R & Go Edition: Not support Auto Emergency call
For Europe/Taiwan/Philippines/Vietnam/Russia/Indonesia/Malaysia:
You can disable the Emergency call quick access (Press the power button 5 times in a row to make emergency calls). But cannot disable the Emergency SOS feature on the lock screen or on the power off page as it can save lives in emergencies, it is enabled by default.
How to disable Emergency call quick access:
realme UI 5.0 & 4.0: Settings > Safety & emergency > Disable Quick access emergency call page.
realme UI 3.0: Settings > Safety & emergency > Emergency call & message > Disable Emergency call quick access.
