Method 1: Use the screenshot tool that comes with Windows 10 to take a screenshot
Click the Windows icon, select Windows Accessories > Screenshot Tool > New, and drag the cursor to select the area to be captured to quickly take a screenshot of the current screen.
Method 2: Use keyboard shortcuts to take a screenshot
Press the "PrtSc" key on the keyboard to take a full-screen screenshot. After the screenshot is taken, go to the drawing and other tools to paste the screenshot.
Press the "Win + Shift + S" key combination at the same time to open the option menu. You can select a full-screen screenshot or a window screenshot (drag the cursor to select the area to be captured), and then go to the drawing tool to paste the screenshot.
You can also press the "Win + PrtSc" keys at the same time to take a full-screen screenshot, and then view your screenshot in This Computer> Picture> Screenshot.
