6. Bluetooth signal interference or exceeding Bluetooth connection distance.

7. There may be a software or hardware issue with the watch or phone.


Solutions:

1. Use the watch app to scan the QR code to bind the watch.

2. Update the watch app to ensure you have the latest version.

3. Lock the app in the system background to prevent it from being killed, avoiding connection interruptions.

4. Select the appropriate purchase region for the product in the watch app settings.

5. Update the mobile phone system to the latest version to meet the watch connection requirements.

6. Ensure the watch is close to the phone, keeping within the effective Bluetooth range of about 10 meters.

7. Try restarting both the watch and phone, then reconnect.

8. Attempt to reset the watch.

9. Try connecting the watch to another mobile phone.
