There’s rarely a worse feeling than opening your Gallery app only to find that a precious photo or video you’ve been holding onto is gone. Whether you accidentally deleted it or something happened with your phone and your photos are not there, Android gives us several ways to save and recover photos or videos.
How to recover deleted photos and Videos ?
To restore local photos: Turn on Photos > Album > Recently deleted, if you can find the photo/video you want to restore, click "Restore"; if you can't find the photo/video, you can't restore it.
To restore Google sync photos: Turn on Google Photos > Log in your Google account > Photos you have backed up will be displayed > Choose the photos that you want to restore > Click the three dots in the upper right > Download. The photos will be shown in the phone's local Photo app.
