Quick Start Guide

Product Description
Instructions for use
1. Power On
For the first time use, place the band on the charging base, the band will automatically charge and power on.
Make sure that the charging port on the back of the band and the metal contact on the charging base attach completely.
2. Download realme Link
Search realme Link in Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) or scan the QR code to download realme Link.
3. Set up and Pair
Tap the plus icon in realme Link to add device. Select realme Band in nearby devices, or scan the QR code on the band screen to pair up with the band.
4. On-screen gestures
Slide down on the watch face to view the list of message notification
Slide up on the watch face to enter the AppList
Slide right on the watch face to enter the control center
Slide left on the watch face to switch to other first-level pages, and slide left or right to switch to first-level pages
Long press on the watch face to enter the watch face switch
Cover the screen with your palm to turn off the screen
5. Button
When the screen is off, short press to turn on the screen
At the watch face, short press to turn off the screen
In non-watch face, short press to return to the previous page
6. Control Center
Slide right on the watch face to enter the control center with the following icon:
•: Click to turn on/off "Do Not Disturb Mode"
•: Click to turn on/off "Wrist Lift Mode"
•: Click to switch the screen brightness
•: Click to enter the settings page
7.Change Straps
Slide the spring pin and hold it to remove a strap from the band body or attach a strap to the band body.
8. Wearing a Band
Please refer to the figure to wear the Band about 1 finger away from the wrist bone, and adjust the tightness of the wrist strap to ensure the heart rate sensor can collect data properly. Do not wear it too tightly or loosely, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of heart rate sampling.
Attention:
•The Band can be worn on the left or right hand, which does not affect the normal sampling and accuracy of sports and health data
•Please ensure that the back of the Band is clean and tidy, sweat and dirt on the surface affect the comfort of wearing and the accuracy of health data
9. Sports
Start exercising:
•Slide the watch face up to enter the application list, and click Sports to enter the sports interface
•Slide the screen up and down and click to select different sports types
• Click to select one of the sports and enter the sports preparation page
a. On the sports preparation page, you can set exercise goals (including exercise duration/running distance/calories). After setting the exercise goal, when the exercise reaches the set target value, the pop-up encouragement page prompts
b. On the sports preparation page, for outdoor sports, the Band will connect to the phone GPS automatically to get the accurate sports distance and track
•On the preparation page, click the start icon to start the exercise
During exercise:
a. Slide the sports page to the right, you can enter the pause page, press and hold the pause symbol, and choose to pause or exit the sports
b. Slide the screen left to bring up the music control page
c. Swipe up and down the screen to view other exercise data. Different sports modes show different exercise data
Attention:
• For outdoor sports, please make sure your phone GPS is connected successfully (the positioning symbol on the page is green) before you start the sports so as to record the movement track completely
•Movement distance is too short, may not be able to record the movement track
•You can click on the sports record on the realme link App page to view the historical detailed sports data
10. Heart Rate
Manual heart rate measurement:
•Wear the Band comfortably at rest
•Slide up to the application list and select your heart rate to measure your current heart rate
24-hour continuous heart rate:
When the Band is connected to your phone, you can turn on the 24-hour continuous heart rate measurement switch in the realme link App Band settings details page. When turned on, the Band will measure your heart rate continuously
Resting Heart Rate:
The resting heart rate, also known as the quiet heart rate, is the number of heartbeats per minute in the awake, inactive, quiet state. Exercise for cardiac function can keep resting heart rate in a relatively slow and stable range
11. Blood Oxygen Saturation
•Wear the Band normally and stay still
•In the Band application list, select, and measure your current blood oxygen saturation according to the wearing instructions
Description:Measurement results are for reference only and are not to be used as a basis for medical diagnosis
12. Sleep
• Wearing a Band to sleep, the Band will recognize the time automatically when you fall asleep, exit sleep, deep sleep, light sleep, awake and eye movement. The Band can display the sleep data and sleep chart of the day, and you can view the historical sleep data in realme link App.
• In the Band application list, select, view sleep data. If there is no sleep data, prompt that there is no sleep data page
