2. Battery Activation: If your phone hasn’t been used or charged for an extended period, the battery may be over-discharged. Charge it for at least 30 minutes before checking for a response.
3. Ambient Temperature: Extreme temperatures can affect charging: Ideally, charge your phone in an environment between 16°C and 35°C.
Charging is not possible below -2°C.
Charging is limited between -2°C and 16°C.
Normal charging resumes above 16°C.
