Terms and Conditions for Warranty – realme 14x 5G

1. Extended Warranty

- Customers who purchase the realme 14x from realme’s official website during first sale starting 18^th December 12PM onwards will receive an additional 12-months extended warranty on top of the standard 12-months warranty worth up to Rs. 1,049. 

- The total warranty period will be 24 months from the date of purchase. 

- The extended warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications. 

- Claims during the extended warranty period will be processed as per the standard warranty terms. 

- The customer will receive the warranty in their respective accounts by 12^th Jan, 2025

2. Eligibility Criteria

- The first-sale offer is valid only for purchases made on our official website. 

- The first-sale will start on 18^th December, 12PM onwards and ends 22^nd December, 11:59PM

- Customers must complete the first-sale process within the specified window to avail of these benefits. 

- Activation Requirement: To qualify for the offers above, customers must activate their new phone before 2^nd Jan, 11:59PM 2025.

3. General Conditions

- These offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions. 

- The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 

- The extended warranty is non-transferable. 

4. Limitation of Liability

- The company is not responsible for any delays or inability to process claims due to incomplete or incorrect documentation. 

- The decision of the company or the insurance provider regarding claims will be final and binding.
