Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the conduct of the activity “GT 6 First Gen User Recall” (“activity”) organized, conducted, and brought to you by Realme Mobile Telecommunications (India) Private Limited (“Organizer”) on the terms and conditions as stated hereunder:
You agree that, by participating in this activity, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all activity eligibility requirements as provided herein below.For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.
1. Participation in this activity is voluntary. The activity is open for all citizens of India only and who are of legal age but excludes employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising, and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the above.
2. Employees of realme or their family members, or anyone else connected with the activity may not enter the activity.
3. By participating in this activity, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified herein:
4. Registration: Participant will need to register on the realme India website (realme.com/in) to be able to participate. The registration will be considered as consent from the customer to receive further communication regarding the event and other promotions.
5. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from realme containing offers and developments that we think may interest you.
6. This activity shall be valid for 9 days, i.e. commencing from 20th June 3 PM– 28th June 11:59:59 PM] (both days inclusive) (hereinafter referred to as “Participation dates”).
7. Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants (including a participant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
8. In case of repetition of IMEI, the gratification will be provided on First Come First Basis.
9. To participate in the activity, participants shall follow the following points:
9.1 Click GT 1st Gen Program Questionnaire and fill in the IMEI of your realme GT 5G and the order number of your realme GT 6 on our official website. The timeline when the user can apply is from 25th June till 16th July.
9.2 The realme team will verify your details. The timeline for the same is from 17th July to 22nd Upon successful verification, a [realme Air 6 Pro] coupon will be credited directly to your account. You can use this coupon to place an order and receive the [realme Air 6 Pro] for free.
9.3 You will receive an SMS notification from the realme official website once the coupon has been issued. The coupon will be issues to verified custumers on 23rd If you do not qualify for this offer after verification, no notification will be sent.
10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
11. Company reserves the right to ask for invoice if there is any duplicacy in IMEI and reserves the right to cancel in case of false submission.
12. Only 1 Air 6 pro per order shall be given and it does not matter how many units has been ordered by customer in one purchase.
13. One customer id can avail only 1 realme Air 6 Pro irrespective of the number of units purchased.
14. Organizer assumes no liability or responsibility for (i) any errors, omissions or inaccuracies of activity or submissions, (ii) Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information that may be contained therein. (iii)Any deletion of data or interruption or discontinuance of transmission to or from during the activity.
15. Each participant must be careful in providing their information. In case the participant provides inaccurate and/or false information, the Organizers shall have the sole discretion in this regard.
16. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt of the entry into the Organizer database, and not at the time of transmission by the participants. The database maintained by the Organizer shall be considered final and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
17. Conducting this activity is prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu and thus, users residing in the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in this activity.
18. Organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the activity at its sole and absolute discretion without giving prior notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to check the Terms from time to time.
19. All disputes relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Gurgaon (Haryana) only.
20. This Activity is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, and act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Organizers (the Force Majeure Event”). The Organizers shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect which may be caused to this activity and its participants as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

22. All the personal information of the participants shall be kept confidential and shall be used only for the sole purpose of organizing and conducting the activity in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Organizer given on its website (realme.com/in).
