Causes:
1. The Bluetooth device has the Visible to other devices function turned off, so it cannot be searched by the phone.
2. Bluetooth devices are low on battery.
3. Bluetooth devices out of connection range.
4. Bluetooth device not in pairing mode.
5. Temporary abnormalities in the phone system may cause this phenomenon.
Solutions:
1. If the Bluetooth device is Visible to other devices, please turn it on, then restart Bluetooth and try searching again.
2. Please confirm that the Bluetooth device has sufficient power and reconnect.
3. It is recommended that you keep your Bluetooth device within 10 meters of your phone for searching, otherwise, it may not be found by your phone.
4. Please turn on the Bluetooth switch on your phone and device again, and make sure the Bluetooth device is in pairing mode. For the specific operation method, please refer to the manual of the Bluetooth device.
5. It is recommended that you reset network settings, then restart the phone, and try again.
realme UI 1.0 and above versions: Settings > Search "Reset network settings" in the search bar > Reset network settings.
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
If none of the above methods solve your problem, please back up your phone data and bring your purchase certificate to the nearest realme customer service center for testing and processing.
