Hi, we understand that you are facing an issue with the Gyroscope.
1. For the model does not have a hardware gyroscope, it uses a software gyroscope. When the third-party software uses the gyroscope, the virtual gyroscope data is calculated based on the data of the geomagnetic sensor. The calculation process takes a certain amount of time. Therefore, there will be a slight delay when shaking the phone while playing games. This is a normal phenomenon.
2. The current poor network will cause the gyroscope to not respond in time, resulting in delay and slow response. Please use another good network to try again.
3. In order to fix the issue, we highly recommend you to try the following steps:
◆Go to Settings > Basic > tap on Logout.
◆Check for the option 'Repair' on the top right in the login screen > select Routine Repair and click on "ok."
◆After some time you will get a message prompting 'Client Repaired. Please restart the game.
4. Also, we request you to please make sure that you have a stable network connection.
5. After performing the above-mentioned steps, make sure you enable the Gyroscope from the settings. To do so:
Go to Settings > Controls > Advanced Controls Tab > Scroll down to Gyroscope section and change Gyroscope settings to [Scope on] or [Always on].
[Scope on] – The Gyroscope function will only be activated when you aim down sights or your scope.
[Always on] – The Gyroscope function will always be activated.
