Causes:
There could be several reasons why you are unable to access the internet with your data network:
1. Insufficient credit or data balance.
2. VPN interference.
3. Incorrect APN settings.
4. Regional limitations on your SIM card.
5. Temporary network glitches.
6. Abnormal system settings.
7. Disabled mobile data permissions for certain apps.
8. Reaching a data usage limit.
Solution:
To troubleshoot the issue, please try the following steps:
1. Check Data Balance:
Consult your operator to check your data pack.
2. Turn Off VPN:
realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Settings > Connections & sharing > VPN.
realme R & Go & T & S & U Edition: Settings > Network & internet > VPN
3. Reset APN Settings:
If the APN settings have changed, reset them.
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > Mobile network > Select network card > Access point name > ︙ in the upper right corner > Reset access points.
realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: Settings > SIM card & mobile data > Select network card > Access point name > ﹕ in the upper right corner > Reset access points.
realme R & Go & T & S & U Edition: Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > Select network card > Access Point Names > ︙ in the upper right corner > Reset to default.
4. Enable Roaming:
Consult with the corresponding operator to enable the roaming service and whether the current area supports using this card to surf the Internet.
5. Toggle Airplane Mode:
Turn on and off airplane mode, then try again.
6. Update System and Reset Network Settings:
realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Settings > Search ‘Reset network settings' > Reset network settings.
realme UI R & T & Go & S & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
7. Check App Data Permissions:
Ensure mobile data permission is turned on for individual apps
Path: Long press the app > App info > Data usage > Turn off Disable mobile data.
8. Turn Off Data Limit:
realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Settings > Search Data usage limit > Data usage limit.
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > Data warning & limit > Set data limit.
