La période de validité de cette promotion sera du 1 septembre 2020, à partir de 11 heures CET, jusqu'au 31 septembre 2020 à 23:59 heures CET ou jusqu'à la fin des stocks, dans le cas où ceux-ci s'épuiseraient avant la durée finale.

Les produits de cette Promotion ne peuvent être revendus, ni pour leur distribution commerciale, qui est exclusive à realme.

L'Organisateur, les co-organisateurs, les agents collaborateurs de la promotion, les sociétés de publicité, les distributeurs ou toute autre organisation liée à la promotion, ne peuvent pas y participer.

L'Organisateur interprétera et expliquera les conditions de cette Promotion sur la base des besoins juridiques. L'Organisateur se réserve le droit d'annuler cette Promotion avec un préavis.

9. RESPONSABILITÉ ET REPRÉSENTATION

9.1. Représentation de l'organisateur : Sauf mention contraire expresse dans les présentes conditions, l'Organisateur et ses affiliés ou les organisateurs tiers assurent la Promotion uniquement sur la base du meilleur service possible et excluent toute garantie et condition de quelque nature que ce soit, qu'elle soit expresse ou implicite. En particulier, mais sans limitation, l'Organisateur et ses Organisateurs affiliés ou des tiers ne garantissent ni ne représentent cela :

- La promotion est adaptée à tout usage ou répond aux exigences des utilisateurs ou est fournie sans aucune erreur ou déficience ou que la promotion répond à tout niveau de qualité, selon le cas ;

Si les lois de la juridiction des Utilisateurs ne permettent pas l'exclusion de certaines garanties, conditions générales ou la limitation ou l'exclusion de la responsabilité pour les pertes ou les dommages causés par la négligence, la rupture de contrat ou la violation de conditions implicites, ou les dommages accessoires ou consécutifs, seules les limitations qui sont légales dans cette juridiction s'appliqueront à la responsabilité et à la garantie des Utilisateurs et l'Organisateur sera limité dans la mesure maximale permise par la loi applicable.

9.3. Responsabilité des utilisateurs : L'Utilisateur est entièrement responsable de tout manquement aux obligations découlant de :
