Update Time: 2025-02-17 10:46:26

In order to avoid the loss of phone data, you can backup and restore phone data through local backup or cloud backup.

Method 1: Local backup

Setting path:

realme UI 3.0 & and above versions: Settings > System/Additional settings > Back up and reset >  Back up & migrate > New Backup.

realme UI 2.0: Settings > Additional settings > Back up and reset > Back up and restore > Local backup > New Backup.

realme UI 1.0: Settings > Additional settings > Back up and reset > New Backup.

realme UI T & S & R & Go & U Edition: not support local backup

Data supported for backup:

Contacts, messages, call logs, preference settings (calendar, clock, settings, blocking, etc.), apps (excluding app data).

Backup to computer:

After the phone is connected to the computer, follow the file saving path to find the corresponding Backup file on the computer, and then save it on the computer.

Recovery path:

realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > System/Additional settings > Back up and reset > Back up & migrate > Local backup > Select backup files > Select the data you want to restore > Click Start

realme UI 2.0: Settings > Additional settings > Back up and reset > Back up and restore > Local backup > Select backup files > Select the data you want to restore > Click Start

realme UI 1.0: Settings > Additional settings > Back up and reset > Select backup files > Select the data you want to restore > Click Start

Note:

1. At this time, the backup file is stored locally on the phone. If you flash the machine or restore the factory settings, the backed-up data will also be cleared. Before the operation, you need to copy the data to other storage devices (such as computers, U disk, etc.) for preservation.

2. If the backup data is on the computer side, please copy the Backup file on the computer to the phone directory that files stored before.

1. On your Android phone, open the Google One app.
