Brad Burrow
Founder/Chief Creative 

His background includes extensive experience in all aspects of video, audio, and visual production as well as live event production. Brad Burrow founded Real Media in 1997 and works today as the Chief Creative of the agency.

Brad has produced and directed successful productions for The Golf Channel, the Cincinnati Reds, the Kansas City Chiefs, Petty Enterprises, Sprint, Kansas University Athletics and a wide variety of additional clients.

He has traveled all over the world filming for his clients. He enjoys the art of telling a story and motivating the masses which serves him well as a creative director.  He draws on his wide range of experience to provide our clients with the most impactful media presence.

Shane Walker
Creative Director

Shane Walker is a traditionally trained artist with a passion for technology, creative challenges and new methodologies--including 2D and 3D motion graphics, visual effects and design, as well as his work as a writer/screenwriter. A dual BA in Studio Arts and English Literature from William Jewell led to BFA extension studies at the Kansas City Art Institute and later, the MFA program in Film and Video at Columbia College Chicago. His toolsets span analog to digital, from hand-drawn illustration to HD video, flash animation and CGI, all in the service of effective communication and emotionally affecting the audience.

His career began in the mid-1990s, serving as a lead visual effects, design and finish artist at the top post production houses in Chicago. His projects have taken him to LA, NYC and Toronto for both production and finish supervision. The resulting work has garnered several awards over the years, including two BDA award nods, numerous Tellies, a Hugo and so on. But the thing he is most proud of is his consistent love of content over fashion, and with that a focus on always serving the clients' message. His priority is the integrity of the content, artfully expressed.

Shane has created content ranging from thumbnail sized webisodes and iPad presentations pieces to Super Bowl television spots, art installation pieces and concert projections that have spanned 80-foot screens. His clients have truly run the gamut, from musical acts like Janet Jackson, The Smashing Pumpkins and The Postal Service, to global brands like Anheuser-Busch, Nintendo, McDonalds, and Disney and regional institutions such as The University of Kansas Hospital, The Kansas City Chiefs, The Chicago International Film Festival and The Kansas City International Auto Show. In each case, solid creative collaboration has been the goal and the key to the resulting works' unqualified successes.

Leading the creative team at Real Media is a culmination of Shane's leadership experience and artistic vision and he is excited to bring everything to the table, every time.
